The Foundation Express Field Engineer has training goals in three areas of emphasis to provide FE’s with the basic knowledge and skills required to do the following:
- I. Prepare for implementation of the design solution as part of an SE and FE team effort.
- II. Install and configure the solution in the customer’s network so that the customer accepts the solution.
- III. Enable the customer,s network operation and the administration of the integrated solution including monitoring baseline performance and managing abnormal incidents or problems.
