Who Should Attend
| This course is intended for IT Professionals who generally work with Windows and Microsoft Office Technologies, as well as those responsible for administrative and support duties, including configuration, security administration, Office upgrades and patches. |
Prerequisites
| Students must have 1 year experience with Office system technologies and Windows client and server operating systems. They should also have experience in installing, configuring and supporting Microsoft Office technologies, and a working knowledge of Windows SharePoint Services 2.0. |
Course Objectives
| This clinic provides students with the knowledge of features and technologies new to Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services. Students will also learn to describe to implement, and configure, Windows SharePoint Services and sites. Furthermore, they will be able to describe how to manage security for Windows SharePoint Services. Students will also be capable of describing how to migrate from Windows SharePoint Services 2.0 to Windows SharePoint Services 3.0. |
