Who Should Attend
| This course is intended for IT Professionals who generally work with Windows and Microsoft Office Technologies, as well as those responsible for administrative and support duties, including planning and deployment of Office server products, configuration, security administration, Office upgrades and patches |
Prerequisites
| Students must have 1 year experience with Office system technologies and Windows client and server operating systems. They should also have experience in installing, configuring and supporting Microsoft Office technologies. |
Course Objectives
| This ½ day clinic provides students with the knowledge and understanding of the deployment options for Microsoft Windows Vista operating system and 2007 Microsoft Office System Client Products. Participants will also be skilled in describing the concepts to consider when migrating from previous versions of Office and describing the changes to the 2007 Office setup architecture.

| You will learn to describe Windows Vista deployment scenarios and explain the changes to the deployment and installation technologies used by Windows Vista. Additionally, the ability to describe the planning required for a Windows Vista deployment and the tools available to help with the planning. Furthermore, they will be able to describe the tools available for deploying and implementing Windows Vista, and the tools related to planning a 2007 Office System client deployment. Students will also be capable of describing the tools and options available for deploying the 2007 Office system client. |
