Duties and Responsibilities
 | Office Administration |
 | Student Liaison |
 | Student Catering |
 | Classroom Management and Setup |
 | Hospitality Area Maintenance |
 | Office Management and Maintenance |
 | Reception Duties |
 | Shopping |
 | Instructor / Student Kits Ordering |
 | Instructor / Student Packs |
 | Travel and Accommodation Bookings |
 | Instructor and Laboratory Bookings |
Personal Requirements
 | Detail oriented and Thorough |
 | Self starter |
 | Keen to Learn |
 | Willing to take on additional responsibilities when required |
 | Proactive |
 | Flexible |

 | Team player although able to work independently |
Education and Qualifications
 | Minimum Year 10 education or equivalent knowledge. |
 | Customer Service Experience. |
 | Competent Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word. |
 | Extensive experience with the use of the internet and search engines. |
 | Use of other Computer Applications an advantage. |
